Gypsy Farm Fair Vendor Application

Redbone Willy's is hosting our 6th Gypsy Farm Fair. We are inspired by a passion to share our family's Bi-centennial farm with you, along with our desire to bridge local artisans and collectors. Redbone Willy's Gypsy Farm Fair is a juried event, accenting vendors based on variety, originality, and quality of goods, especially merchandise similar to the boutique and general store items we carry at Redbone Willy's. We select vendors who can provide customers with not only the highest quality of merchandise, but also those who complement one another to create an experience similar to visiting Redbone Willy's.

We are currently accepting applications from vendors specializing in vintage, antique, re-purposed, gypsy-spirited, and handmade items. Mass-produced vintage-inspired* clothing and home decor is accepted, but in limited quantities of no more than 5% of goods (example 5 out of 100 pieces). While unique clothing that is in the spirit of what Redbone Willy's sells is acceptable, brands currently sold at Redbone Willy's are not allowed. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of your participation. Vendors who do not honor this request will be required to remove all duplicated brands from their booth and will not be invited back. 

 

Food vendors, chefs, gardeners, musicians, and artists are also invited to showcase their talents. We're also interested in dancers, hair braiding, henna tattoo artists, and the like.

Vendor applications will not be considered if photos or links to online photos are not included with the application at time of submission.  It is strongly recommended that YOU provide photos that showcase the vendor's ability to merchandise their goods. Close attention to detail is suggested. Booth availability and location is on a first come, first serve basis. We are accepting 100-125 vendors for this event, unless we receive an overwhelming response, in which case we will consider adjusting.

We will review your application and reply to you by email whether you have been accepted. If you are accepted, we will attach a contract and a credit application (if needed). Payment can be made either by mailing a check (payable to Glenda Miller, 6533 Fallston Road, Lawndale, NC 28090) or by credit card .NO DEBIT cards please.  To avoid processing fee’s we encourage check or cash as payment. Until payment is received you are not a confirmed vendor. Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation email. All payments received by the Host are non-refundable and non-transferable. To finalize your acceptance to the festival you must have submitted three forms: the APPLICATION, THE CONTRACT AND YOUR FEE. If you are not receiving emails from us then it’s probable that we have your information entered incorrectly therefore please contact us regarding any communication or lack thereof.

___ *Vintage-inspired: any work of art, piece of furniture, decorative object, clothing, or the like, that is mass produced and resembles or is influenced by vintage design.

___On Trend: any clothing or accessory item having characteristics which conform to current fashion trends; current or in high demand.

___ Food Vendor: any consumable food or beverage that does not fit one of the other options.
