We ship ground deliveries Monday through Friday via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX; air express deliveries via UPS or FEDEX are available at an additional charge.
We do not ship on holidays nor do we ship an order if we have less than 75% available to ship. Overnight shipping is available on a case by case basis; please contact us for availability.
Please allow 7 - 14 days for back ordered items.
We process and ship orders in a timely manner, but we are not responsible for shipping delays.
We ship within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. International orders will not be processed and order will be voided.
Credit card approval for all orders prior to shipping.
Orders received after 3 PM will be processed the following day.
Allow 2-3 business days for processing; we will notify you if your order is delayed for any reason.
Any unworn / unused items may be returned within 10 days of the shipment date in exchange for another item or STORE CREDIT ONLY.. Include a copy of the original receipt, and items must have original price tags attached.
Customers pay return shipping fees:
Gifts may be returned within 30 days for exchange ONLY if item is found to be defective upon arrival.
All sales and promotional items are FINAL unless the item is defective upon arrival.
Merchandise returned will not be accepted without first notifying Redbone Willy's Trading Co. prior to shipping. Please include: YOUR FULL NAME, ORDER NUMBER, and DATE OF PURCHASE. You many send your return when issued a Return Authorization #. We will not accept any returns without an RA#.
